We hope you love your Simple Linen pieces as much as we do. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
You’re welcome to return full-priced items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and still folded in their original packaging.
This is due to the organic nature of Linen and Bedding regulations we are unable to accept returns on items that have left the warehouse and been opened.
Please note:
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned once they have left our warehouse.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
